The powers of helium

This is a birthday balloon. You might think there is nothing special about latex filled with Helium. However this balloon was filled with Helium on June 22nd for Regan's Birthday and when we left for our vacation on July 1st there it was still hanging out. All four of the other balloons had given in to the force of gravity. But not this little ballon. We know not how much longer he fought because when we came home on the 10th he was laying on the carpet with his comrads. We do know that it he made it at least 10 days. That is 8 days longer then all the other balloons.
